Welcome to The International Doctoral Forum 2019
Dear PhD Candidates,
As Organizing Chairs of the 12th International Doctoral Forum, we are delighted to invite you to attend the forum to be held November 22-24, 2019, in Beijing, China. This is the premier scientific conference designed to address the research and educational needs of PhD candidates who are involved in the field of Rich-Media, Web Mining, Networking, Big Data and AI, Software and System.
The forum will consist of invited speeches and technical presentations. In addition to the technical activities of the forum, there will be ample opportunities for delegates to network through cultural and social events. There will be time for sightseeing around Beijing.
In addition, we would like to express our gratitude to the organizing committee, the technical program committee, the steering committee, authors, participants and many other contributors. Without the support of these people, the forum cannot come to a successful one. We would like to show the warmest gratitude to the host of this forum, Tsinghua University.
